It's just truly funny how much

You get to know people

Especially when you need their help

And they turn their backs on you

Plenty excuses

You're saddened 

And you feel so alone

It's worse when you're an orphan

Or have parent(s) that can't help

Friends who would've are far away

And there's no one else to tell

It hurts!

You're forced

To do the best on your own

Now if that works out

How grateful you'll be!

Probably later forget the count

Of those who left you hanging

Thank God!

You're overjoyed 

Then you move past it all

However it doesn't work out

And you're just plain devastated 

You realize without a doubt 

With the wrong people you've been friends 

Many regrets

You're heavy-hearted

Clueless on which way to go.
